The October 2025 Fenwick Park Association meeting discussed several topics. First, the community discussed the upcoming Board elections in January. Three potential candidates were introduced. Hunter from Supervisor Palchik’s office shared county updates including the upcoming leaf collection schedule, a new “Adopt a Fire Hydrant” program, and resources for federal employees affected by the government shutdown. The association approved a $250 fee for 501(c)(4) status and a $50 donation to Fire Station 18, and announced that online dues payment will be available in 2026. The community discussed preparations for Halloween (expect 200+ trick-or-treaters starting around 5-5:30 PM), the successful Fall Fete that drew 85+ attendees, and the upcoming Holiday Lights Contest judging on December 18. Members also proposed creating a neighborhood support system for residents facing hardship and potentially partnering with district-wide charitable drives. The next meeting is January 13 at 7:00 PM, where elections will be held (paid dues required to vote).
